AGB - General Terms and Conditions

The WKO's Terms & Conditions apply.

Important information:

Tourist tax: € 2,20 per person from 16 years and night. (from May 2025 € 2,60 per person/night) Payable on site.

Children and teenagers free up to the age of 15.

Breakfast: Breakfast daily from 07:30 to 09:30.Dogs: Euro 25,00 per day per dog without food

Sauna: Our sauna is open by appointment between 15:00 and 20:00.

Reduction for children (unless otherwise stated):
0 to 2.9 years in a room with 2 full-paying adults free of charge.
3 to 7.9 years 50% in the room of 2 full-paying adults,
12 to 15.9 years 10% in the room of two full-paying adults.

Single room supplement: € 30,-- per person and night

Short stay supplement:
1 night € 20,00 per person/night, from 2 nights € 15,00 per person/night, from 3 nights € 10,00 per person/night

Arrival: possible daily. Room occupancy from 15:00 on the day of arrival at the latest. Please let us know your approximate arrival time and we will endeavour to ensure that your room is ready for you to move into. However, this is subject to availability. Should you arrive after 18:00, please let us know by telephone (+43 5285 62798).

Departure by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Deposit and final payment: up to 3 months before arrival 50% of the total price, final payment of 50% up to 1 day before arrival

Cancellation conditions

If you wish to cancel your booking with us, you can do so free of charge at any time up to 90 days before arrival. Any deposit already paid will be refunded in full (less any bank charges or hotel cancellation insurance booked) Cancellations from the 90th day:

• up to 90 days before the start of the holiday no cancellation costs.
• from 90 days before the start of the holiday we charge 30% of the total price.
• from 30 days before the start of the holiday we charge 50% of the total price. from 14 days before the start of the holiday we charge 70% of the total price.
• from 7 days before the start of the holiday and early departure we charge 100% of the booked stay.
• The Austrian hotel regulations apply.
• In general, cancellations of reservations are only accepted in written form.

Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Final cleaning: For the final cleaning in the flats we chargea one-off fee in the amount of € 100,--
